Starting School in September 2027

We know what an important decision this is for all families, as it shapes the next seven years of your childs life. So at Hartford Primary School, we want to give you and your child the best opportunties to visit our school, meet our children, see our school day in action, speak to our Early Years team and Senior Leadership team.

We offer two different options to visit our school:

Open Days

These are a chance for parents and carers to meet our Senior Leadership and Teaching Team and enjoy a tour of the whole school. To ensure a personal service, places are limited to 15 familes per event. The dates and times available are:

  • Thursday 9th July 2026 at 9.30am

  • Thursday 17th September 2026 at 9.30am, 1.45pm and 3.45pm

  • Thursday 1st October 2026 at 9.30am and 1.45pm

  • Thursday 15th October 2026 at 9.30am, 1.45pm and 3.45pm

  • Thursday 5th November 2026 at 9.30am and 1.45pm

  • Thursday 19th November 2026 at 9.30am and 1.45pm

  • Thursday 3rd December 2026 at 9.30am and 1.45pm

  • Thursday 7th January 2027 at 9.30am

Come and Play

A chance for you and your child to experience our classrooms and outdoor areas, play with new friends and meet our teaching team. Simply come and play!

Spaces are limited 20 children per session, available on the following dates:

  • Monday 6th July 2026: 3.30pm - 4.30pm

  • Thursday 24th September 2026: 3.30pm - 4.30pm

  • Monday 12th October 2026: 3.30pm - 4.30pm

  • Monday 9th November 2026: 3.30pm - 4.30pm

  • Monday 11th January 2027: 3.30pm - 4.30pm

How to apply:

All applications are made via Cheshire West and Cheshire Admissions team, and applications open on 1st September 2026. The deadline for completing your application is Friday 15th January 2027.
